Q. What if an item I want is checked out already?

Faculty can place an item on hold through the catalog at: https://catalog.berklee.edu by clicking on "My Account.” Holds can be placed on all non-Reserve media items regardless of their current availability. These items will remain available for pick up by the faculty's name for 2 days after notification.  Scores, books, and Learning DVDs that are not on Reserve can be renewed and placed on hold if no copies are currently available, and will remain available for pick up for 7 days after notification. Faculty will receive an automated email when each item is available.
