  1. Visit our Library Catalog online
  2. Find the item you need
  3. Click on the item title
  4. Click on “Place a Hold” at the bottom of the item details
  5. Click the "Berklee OnePass Login" button
  6. Enter your Username and OnePass
  7. Once you are logged in, enter date on the “No longer required after” field
  8. Select the “Pickup Location
  9. Submit Request 

NOTES:

  • You will receive an email when your items are ready for pickup.
  • Check your spam folder if you think our emails don’t arrive in your inbox.
  • To cancel a request, go to your library account, and click on the “Requests and Recalls” tab.
  • Reserve items and equipment are not requestable.
  • If a requested item is not picked up within one week of being processed, it will be cancelled and returned to the stacks.
