  • At the Stan Getz Library:
    • Visit our Evergreen Catalog System
    • In the top right corner, click on "My Library Account."
    • Click the "Log in now" button
    • Login using your Berklee OnePass
    • Find the item you need by searching the catalog
    • Click on “Place Hold” (right side)
    • Then “submit.” You should see the confirmation message on your screen, “Your hold was successfully placed.”
    • You will receive an email when your items are ready for pickup.
    • Check your spam folder if you think our emails don’t arrive in your inbox.
    • To cancel a hold, go to your library account, and click on the “hold” tab.

 

  • At the Albert Alphin Library:
    • Visit our KOHA Catalog System
    • In the top right, click on "My Account [log in]" button
    • Choose "Login (OnePass)"
    • Login with your OnePass username and passwordIf you need assistance, please visit this FAQ.
    • Find the item you need by searching the catalog and when you are done, click “Place Hold” on the right side of the screen.
    • Indicate either the “next available” copy or a specific copy from the drop-down menu.
    • Click on “Place Hold” within the pop-up. You should see the confirmation message on your screen, “Hold successfully placed!”
    • You will receive an email when your items are ready for pickup.
    • To cancel a hold, go to “My Holds” within your account dashboard and click on the trash can.

 

-Reserve items are not holdable.

-One week after your hold request was processed, it will be cancelled if not picked up.

-To check the status of your hold request, go to the “My Library Account” section​ of the library catalog.
