If you have problems accessing library content, here are some ways to troubleshoot:

1) To access our databases, please use the links in our A-Z list of databases, also titled "A-Z Databases" on the library homepage. 

2) If you're still receiving the error message, we suggest clearing catalog.berklee.edu browser cookies. Here are instructions for Chrome and Safari:

Once you have cleared the browser cookies, reload the page or try the link again, and see if your issue goes away. We recommend trying this rather than clearing your entire cache and losing all your passwords, etc.

3) If you still encounter an error, please ask for help at http://ask.libary.berklee.edu/ask

  1. Please provide the URL and error message that you see.

  2. Please tell us if you are connecting from on or off-campus.

NOTE: Please let us know if you are on-campus (including dorms) or off-campus. If off-campus, also let us know if you are using a restricted network like the ones found inside a store, military base, or hospital.
