Occasionally, you may encounter an issue with accessing library content. Here are some suggestions that we recommend:

1) When trying to access our databases, please use the links in our A-Z list of databases, also titled "Articles and Databases" on the library homepage. The library has recently updated the links to access our databases from off campus, so that may correct the issue.

2) If you still receive the error message, we suggest clearing your web browser cache. Here are some basic instructions on how to clear your cache in the Chrome browser, but you will also find links for how to clear cache in Safari and Firefox:

Once you have cleared your cache, reload the page or try the link again, and see if your issue goes away.

3) If you still encounter an error, please ask for help at http://ask.libary.berklee.edu/ask

  1. Please provide the URL and error message that you see.

  2. Please tell us if you are connecting from on or off-campus.

NOTE: Please let us know if you are on-campus (including dorms) or off-campus. If off-campus, also let us know if you are using a restricted network like the ones found inside a store, military base, or hospital.
