Once you’ve placed an item on hold, you’ll get a hold confirmation email with a link you can use to sign up for a pickup time. You have 4 days from the date the hold confirmation email was sent, to pick up your items. After that, the hold on your items will be canceled.
Please, only come to the library after the “pickup time confirmation” email was received.
To cancel your reservation:
Contact us (Ask Us) if you couldn’t come to the library at the scheduled time, but you still need the items.
Check your spam folder if you think our emails don’t arrive in your inbox.
