Chamber Reserves are due the Wednesday of finals week of the semester it was assigned. Since chamber reserves are assigned as part of a class, they cannot be renewed. If your group will continue to play the piece the following semester, contact Reg at rdidham@berklee.edu so he can process the renewal.
Overdue fines for chamber reserve parts are $1.00 per day per part, with a maximum of $15 per part. If you have lost a part or if your part is significantly overdue, you will be charged a $50.00 replacement fee. Your school account will be placed on academic hold, preventing you from receiving grades or transcripts and from registering and making changes to your class schedule. In addition, you will not be allowed to check out any other items from the library until your account is cleared. Once the part is returned or fines are resolved, the academic hold will be removed and you may use the library again. See a library supervisor at the circulation desk to resolve fines and if you have any questions or concerns.
