To place an item on hold:

  1. Visit the library website at catalog.berklee.edu.
  2. Click on "My Account" in the upper right corner.
  3. Sign in using your Berklee OnePass credentials.
  4. Search for the item you need in the online catalog (make sure you are searching within the "Valencia" filter) and click on the item. 
  5. Scroll down and click Place a Hold (next to the red flag).
  6. Select "Valencia Library" as the pickup location and fill in the required end date for the hold. 
  7. Click "Submit. 
  8. You will receive an email once your request has been processed and the item is ready for pickup at the Valencia Library (Room 100).

To check the status of your hold request

  1. Go to the “Your Account.”
  2. Click on "Holds and Recalls" to view the item(s) you have placed on hold.
