To place an item on hold:

  1. Visit the library website at catalog.berklee.edu
  2. Click on "My Account" in the upper right corner
  3. Select "Insitutional Login" and sign in using your Berklee OnePass credentials.
  4. Search for the item you need in the online catalog.
  5. Click on “Place Hold” at the bottom of the page.
  6. Select "Valencia Library" as the pickup location.
  7. Click "Submit." You should see a confirmation message: “Your request was successful.”
  8. You will receive an email once your request has been processed and the item is ready for pickup at the Valencia Library (Room 100).

To check the status of your hold request

  1. Go to the “Your Account.”
  2. Click on "Holds and Recalls" to view the item(s) you have placed on hold.
