Yes, Alumni may borrow items from both libraries.

From the Stan Getz Library, you can check out: 

  • 5 scores, books, learning DVDs, and play-along CDs for up to 3 weeks
  • 10 CDs or DVDs for up to 3 days
  • All reserve and limited access items, regardless of material type, for up to 2 hours

 

And from the Albert Alphin Library

  • 10 scores, books, and other circulating material for up to 3 weeks
  • 5 CDs or DVDs for up to 7 days
  • Course reserve materials for up to 3 hours

In both institutions. reserve materials, magazines, vinyls, and limited access items must be used on the premises.

In order to check out materials from our collection, you just need to get an Alumni account by visiting the Alumni Affairs Office (4th Floor, 855 Boylston St.) or emailing alumniaffairs@berklee.edu.
